My name is Mindy Fossum. I’ve been married to Scot for 6 years and have two children, Tyler 4, and Alex 1 1/2. I have been in the salon business for over 16 years. I graduated from Hair Dynamics in Ft. Collins in 1993 and moved to Denver in 1994. Three years later I bought a salon in Lakewood and owned it for 11 years. In that time, I learned a lot about hair and people, both of which I enjoy with a passion.
 
I love being a Hairstylist because it is creative and challenging. I like keeping current with today’s fashion by attending hair shows as well as cutting, color and foil placement classes. It allows me to offer my clients sound advice on the new trends and up-coming styles.

The color line I choose to work with is Pravana Chromasilk. It has Hydrolyzed Silk Amino Acids that act as “carrying agents” to help drive the color deep into the hair fiber, providing excellent grey coverage, color vibrancy, and durability. Human Hair Amino Acids, provide strength, protein, and amazing shine. I achieve fantastic and predictable results.

I enjoy doing color the best, but when combined with a great cut, the ending results are incredible! Using face shape, eye color, skin tone, and the overall personality of my clients, together we can find the best look for you.

I began working at Spalon in June of 2008 and I believe Amy has put together talented and well- rounded stylists. I am proud to be a part of her team.
