I, Amy Dailey-Turner grew up in Golden, CO graduating from Arvada West High School in 1994. I went to Cosmetology School at Warrentech in my junior year of high school. During my career I put myself through college and also have a business degree in management and supervision. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for seventeen years working in four prestigious, upscale salons. My first stylist position was at Le Salon in Rapid City, South Dakota. Then I moved back to the Denver Metro Area and worked at two Aveda salons, Eminently Hair and the Bubble Room. Then I moved to The Prophet in Lakewood, CO and now I own Spalon, Inc. in Golden, CO.

Hair products I use or have used or have higher education from are Kevin Murphy, OSIS, Bonacure, Enjoy, TRI, Nioxin, Aquage, Aveda, Paul Mitchell, Redken, Pureology, Anasasi, Gramm Webb and many more products for the entirety of my cosmetology career. Currently I use Schwartzkopf hair color because it is created in Europe and has so many great color options to pick from and it has the lowest peroxide and ammonia level in permanent hair color on the market! I have used this color during my whole career and also Aveda color products which do not compare to Schwartzkopf. Other Chemicals I use all vary depending on smell preference, hair type, or service desired by the customer. I really enjoy cutting hair and color services because I am able to use creativity and current style techniques.

I love to travel and learn new techniques at worldwide hair shows. A few places I have gone to attend a Hair Show are New York, Minnesota, South Dakota, Colorado, Nevada, and California. My next shows I hope to attend are in Europe and Canada because they are THE trend setters of the world and have so much more artistic, creative ideas for styles of the future. Plus, I have had extended training and education throughout my career with each company. This information and educational background has kept me up to date on current fashions and trends across the country. Plus, promote a nice, organized, clean, and calming salon to please our customers.

I completely enjoy my job in this field and want to be as successful as possible owning Spalon, Inc. I am a people person, I love to make people feel good about themselves, and show them how beautiful they are inside and out. I never want to fall out of this industry because not only is it my career, but it is my passion.
